How to Brew Calita Coffee?

The freshly ground coffee powder has exceptional taste and aroma, and is best to grind with a hand grind mill or electric grinder just before you brew it.
Fill with coffee for a few people.The standard amount for 1 serving (4.2 fl oz (120 ml) is approximately 0.4 oz (10 g). For 2 people, about 0.7 oz (20 g), for 3 people, about 1.1 oz (30 g) is the basic recipe.

Keep boiling water slightly cool (about 198°F to 198°F). Pour a little warm water to the extent that the powder gets wet, and steamed for about 30 seconds. 
Slow Pour: Pour narrow stream of hot water in the center. When steaming is finished, divide hot water into 4 to 5 portions and pour it until it is in portion. Pouring on the outside makes the coffee thin.
