Soak the areas of concern like the armpits, elbows, knees, hips, heels, etc. and wash it directly with soap. Directions

Wet the soap thoroughly with cold or warm water, then wash it directly to the areas that are concerned about being rough and gently wash it with a frothing foam. Rinse thoroughly so that there is no rinse residue.
